Reviews and Giveaways

I suffer from migraines too, and I have a bean-filled "shawl" that heats up beautifully. But I have to lie down to use it, and drape it over my head and the arm of the couch. So it's good to hear about hands-free items that can be strapped on.
Have you tried potassium for your headaches? Grape juice sometimes helps.
